Let’s take a moment to reflect on the things or ways to create your own happiness; there are so many ways in which you can help yourself to create happiness, they include:

- State your achievements,
- Include the little things you love into your day-to-day life,
- Do what you love
- Paint your perfect day
- Put yourself above everything else
- Tell yourself today will be awesome
- Forget being perfect and accept yourself as is
- Surround yourself with right company
- Stop worrying and keep it moving
- Get out of your comfort zone and become bold
- Always have a feel-good song

With these you can achieve self happiness. In general,
it means that you are pleased with yourself and your choices and with the person that you are.
